Transforming raw logs into finished beams and laminated blocks involves a meticulous production flow with several key stages:
Log Selection
Logs are carefully selected for straightness, minimal knots, and optimal density. Bark is removed and the logs are sawn as needed.
Blanking
Logs are cut into square blanks of desired lengths. The thickness of blanks vary depending on the final product specifications.
Kiln Drying
We employ a cutting-edge method, utilizing a steam boiler to dry the wood, a technique that not only accelerates the drying time but also ensures the preservation of the wood’s inherent qualities. For instance, when drying Balsa wood, the process typically spans 5 to 7 days. Upon exiting the boiler, our aim is to achieve a moisture content of 7-8%. The duration and techniques for drying vary for other wood types based on their initial moisture levels and specific processing methods.
Cutting, Smoothing, Splitting
a. Cutting
We begin with precision cutting, where advanced machinery is employed to create accurate and uniform pieces. This step is crucial in determining the final dimensions of the wood.
b. Smoothing
Each piece then undergoes a thorough smoothing process. Utilizing planer machine and specialized techniques, we refine the surfaces of the wood to achieve a consistently smooth finish.
c. Splitting
Splitting is performed to ascertain size, eradicate wood defects, and create thinner sections for specific order. Carefully controlled ripsaw machine is employed to split the wood into thinner layers without compromising its structural integrity.

Sorting and Grading
We start by carefully evaluating
the thickness and length of each individual piece of the wood, followed by a rigorous quality grading process, it is meticulously graded based on factors like density, grain patterns, and presence of defects. After grading we group them based on size.
Gluing and Laminating
The B3 glue, with 2 components of resin and hardener, is applied between layers, followed by the application of pressure to compress the laminate and ensure proper bonding.
Quality Control and Inspection
Finished beams and blocks undergo rigorous quality control checks to ensure adherence to specifications and desired properties.
This includes checks for dimensional accuracy, strength, and surface finish.

Packaging and Shipping
Beams and blocks are carefully packaged to protect them from damage during transportation. Appropriate shipping methods are chosen based on the size, weight, and destination of the products.
